Statesboro School of Dance is proud to present their annual production of Nutcracker Sunday, December 4, 2022.
Faith in Motion, our annual praise and worship performance, will take place Thursday, March 2, 2023.
The 2023 Spring Recital will take place Saturday, June 3, 2023.
SSOD Rehearsal and Performance Information for Students and Parents
All SSOD Performances
- As of the 2018-2019 season and going forward, all dress rehearsals are closed rehearsals. Please drop off and pick up your dancers at the designated times on their performance dressing guides.
- All dancers must arrive dressed per their class’ dressing guide with hair and makeup already done.
- Only volunteers who have signed up to help backstage at BOTH dress rehearsal and the performance are allowed backstage. Classes will have a limit on the number of volunteers for each show. This is to ease the flow of traffic backstage and for the safety of all dancers.
- All rental costumes for any performance will be left in the dressing room immediately after the performance bows.
Nutcracker Only
- Only dancers in the Green and B&B classes will be allowed to exit the PAC in costume. All other dancers will leave their costumes in their dressing rooms prior to being picked up/dismissed.
For Faith in Motion and Spring Recital Only
- Classes will be picked up/dismissed in the last costume they performed in.
Effective 2018-2019 Season
